The roll of film i developed last weekend for this print exchanged developed out completely blank (expired rodinal, what!?).....

I'm glad i have a backup print, which will go out this weekend.

Normally, Rodinal does not expire.
Put a drop of devolopper in working dilution at a small piece of fresh film. So you can easy detect whether a developer still works.
 
I just put my print in the mail. While I'm here, I'd also like to wish all BPX participants a happy Christmas and all the best for 2019. I hope we'll all find time and inspiration for our photography.

Received a package with four beautiful prints from Australia today. The 8x10 pinhole picture of tree called Steve from Brisbane botanical gardens is going on a wall as soon as we get back under our own roof from temporary digs - lovely work!

Sending out mine finally tomorrow.

Im relieved they made the long journey Nik. Steve is an impressive tree with lots of stories to tell, you get to commune quite a bit with long exposures.

We are in the relaxation month now. There are three prints missing. Not too much, and the relaxation month is of course somehow in time. I ask you to sent your print in the next weeks.

Pleased to announce the arrival of a fine selenium toned print from Bernd (no rausch oder korn in this image) this morning hand delivered to our door as our mailbox opening is rather small to recieve a packaged
8X10" print. Thanks Bernd for your nicely printed image which I hope the small scanned attached for all to enjoy here does justice.
