Like madhatter, I am awfully late! I should drop the print to the mail today if weather permits!

Print sent!

Just received a print from Nicholas Renon, titled "seagulls have landed". No it's not what you think, it's footprints and cool.

:D

I have received a set of four prints from Eugene aka anikin and I've been remiss on posting to the thread.

All the images are from a trip to Taipei and come together very well as a set. In fact, the problem I'm currently having is I was planning to frame and hang one of them but I really like how they work together so it's making life difficult to pick one. The printing is first rate, excellent contrast and most importantly some really crisp highlights, which I really like and often fail to achieve in my prints.

I'd have to say the detail image from one of the temples is my favourite image. I like the composition and use of geometry to create interest and the tonality of the print. The crisp, almost-white lines on the edges really nail it for me.

Thanks Eugene!

I'll share an image of the print that I sent. I took a quick snap as I was packing it up (see attachment). This was taken on a Super Graphic with 135mm Optar lens, had to shoot at F11 for a faster shutter speed as my slower speeds were freezing up in the cold. Ilford FP4+ and printed on Ilford Multigrade FB glossy, selenium toned. Print size is 11x14.

Here's a better look at the image (scanned from negative):

Next BPX - Round 22
Signup: January 2015 (ending 24th of January)
Print and Send: February - April 2015
R&R: May 2015

I missed this round and would be in next time. Round 22 should be in the signup state. Did I miss something?

So, what is the final outcome? Who still waits for a print in the mailbox apart from me?

I didn't receive my print yet...
I sent mine few weeks ago now and I was hoping that the recipient could scan it for posting (I was so late that I sent it out without making a digital copy......) but it seem like Stone NYC is no longer participating in the forum... I still hope he liked it...

Hi Pelo78,
Stone isn't on APUG anymore but I'll check with Stone on his private email to see if he received it.

To all others, if you haven't received your print yet, please PM me so that I can send a reminder to the person who is supposed to send it to you.

Hi all,
It's been a while since the last BPX. There seemed to be some BPX fatigue, so I decided to give it a rest for a while.

But it's time to give it a try again. I'm on holiday now, but I'll start the new enlisting thread for the next BPX in the first week of August, so the new BPX itself can start in September.

And to all that still need to fulfill their obligations from the previous BPX - please do so now and PM me about your status (or let me know if you won't/can't/shan't, ......). But before you send any print, pleas confirm the address first, for some participants might have changed address by now.

(and if you're still waiting for a print from the last BPX, please PM me directly so I can check with the other person what his status is)
