blank film, dead Rodinal?

I have recently used Adox Rodinal that I opened 2 years ago, worked fine. I don't push lifetime. After being open 2 years I tossed. I opened up a newer Rodinal bottle that I had in stock, I use it at 1:25, in a Jobo get great results. The Adox bottle is great as you can see the color and I've never had crystals.
Unopened at cool room temperature the Adox version keeps very well.

I recall previous attempts to link the longevity of "Rodinal" with some additive, IIRC sodium benzene sulfonate, but it is probably just a wetting agent.
Perhaps the type of plastic container and its thickness may be relevant, there may be a mark on the bottle:
