It's implemented differently in the 9020Cine. Have a read through this PDF brochure:

...but yes, as a result of how the features are implemented, the 9020Cine cannot be used for twin-projector dissolve. Well, not without bodging in a triac and a socket, same as was common before dedicated dissolve sockets became more common.
