Did you send samples to Ilford for testing? What did they report?

Back from my holidays today....strange one this, please if you can be bothered send us some exposed and unexposed sheets and the batch number ( its on the wrap around label ) in return if you pm me your address I will arrange replacement of the product ASAP.

You all know our QC methods I guess, it is incredibly rare for any defective product to leave the factory, FYI last month ( July ) we had 17 complaints received at the factory ( from Worldwide ) of which 6 were 'cause not certain' or 'cause justified' and replaced.

Anyway, lets have a look at it and I will post the result...as it is unusual
