I'm curious, is there a loss of quality/sharpness after the reversal process? I'm referring to the DIY stuff, not dr5. I've been looking into the process lately, and it seems that every reversal I see is quite grainy. Anyone have any example of crisp reversal film success stories?

Welcome, no there's an increase in quaility, Many years ago I went to a lecture and saw superb B&W reversal prints made from B&W slides, admittedly by a research student sponsored by Kodak, but he was using FP4.

Excellent to hear. Do you happen to have any links to good working reversal formulas? The Ilford pdf link that was so widely posted seems to have gone down.
