Oh Camera

Oh camera!
We know not where you are!
Photographic tool, we know you can't be far

With hopeful hearts we see thee rise,
Trav'ling camera strong and free

From far and wide
Oh camera, we stand on watch for thee.

Please keep our stuff, all in one piece!
Oh camera, we stand on watch for thee.

Oh camera, we stand on watch for theeeeeeeeee! :surprised:

(My sincere apologies to any Canadiens offended by this.)

Gee, I miss the Gong Show...

I was thinking Canada Post sent it from Victoria to Seattle (a 100 mile jog) via the Flying Dutchman.

LMAO :D

Marc your talented is just plain wasted here.. you should be on the silver screen.. or have a Saturday night show with Steve Martin!
Others might suggest men in white coats with those special jackets.. you know the ones with sleeves that go all the way..

But I would never say such a thing...

Beautifully sang by the way.. you're in fine voice, perhaps you should drink coffee more often

Thanks Sheila! Sometimes, when I'm bored, I break into song.

Fred was right, though. I would have been 'gonged' in under 5 notes.

Just passing the time away.

Yeaa! Thankfully, you (and others) didn't have to actually hear it. That would have been bad. Very bad.

Glad the camera is moving again!

I'm trying (with little success) to adopt a vegetarian diet. Determined as I was that no innocent poultry would be sacrificed on my behalf, I am pleased to say the camera was mailed off this afternoon. Fred, it should reach you by tomorrow!

Bring on Camera 7!!!

Lisa

You see? You see? I was anticipating 16 months, and here it is in only nine!

I was just up in the Skagit Valley two weeks ago, the weather was glorious, the daffodil fields were a blaze of yellow and white, and all I had was a folder with HP5+... Looks now like we're finally getting our winter storm. Oh, the irony...

Yay! And for as long as the kids and I stood in line at the post office yesterday, the Kenmore camera exchange would have been the better idea. Ah well, next round.

Glad it reached you!
