Well, I'm still waiting out here in the wild west for my film. If I get it I will shoot it. I have already shot 7 rolls of kodak film since I signed up for the free stuff. A couple of paying gigs and some stock stuff, so I really can use it.

While I live in Western New York - my parents live in St. Louis, MO. They got their Portra film last week - so it may be making its way out west.

I think someone posted that Kodak had to do a special production run since they hadn't anticipated the level of interest that was actually generated!

Good luck!!

I did not notice there was already a thread going. I posted my Portra trade request in the Lounge: (there was a url link here which no longer exists)

In any case, does anyone want to trade two 120 rolls (ISO 400 VC and ISO 400 NC) for two 35mm rolls (either ISO or NC/VC are fine, as long as it's 35mm). If so, PM me your address and your shiny new 120 film is on the way.

I haven't read this entire thread. If anyone got film in a format other than what they requested, please PM me. I have the information you need to get the "right stuff".

Mine came today (Indiana.) In a cardboard mailing tube with a coupon and some literature. Two rolls of 35mm and two rolls of 120. Thanks, Kodak: I'll be using it all!

The film finally arrived today in Cincinnati!!! My C330 is already loaded up with a roll of 160VC. I'll see how it looks and if I like it, I think I will cash in on the $25 rebate.

Got mine today, I live in Rock Island, Illinois, literally 2 miles east of the Mississippi. I got three 35mm, 400vc, 400nc, and a 160 vc. I got one 120 in 160nc. Anyone want to trade for the one 120?

Got mine - OOPS! No I didnt!

Received the package yesterday. The end cap of the can was gone! Inside was all the papers and one 120 roll of 160NC. #%&#*#!

I e-mailed Mr. DiSabato about it to see what will happen. (Scott DiSabato signs the letter that is enclosed). They should put some tape on the ends.

Well my Boss got his today

Two rolls of 120
and Two rolls of 35mm, the 120s were 160VC/160NC and the 35mms 400NC/400VC
when he requested just 35mm, and was hoping for the 160NC/VC in 35mm.

I've yet to receive mine.

I received mine today. I guess I'm going to have to dig the Holga out to make use of the 120. Either that, or buy another camera.:D

I got the one address to me now. Same thing as my boss. Two rolls 120 , 160VC/NC , and two 35mm 400NC/VC.

*sigh* well at least I got the film even if its not the exact type I wanted, but we've gone over this numerous times.

Man makes you wonder if they just got big vats of the various films, and not separating the 35mm and 120, just grab one of each and throw it in the tube...

A room full of chimpanzees and tubes, caps, film and tape - but I hear that they ran out of tape.

PE

Yea that is odd, both my co-workers came without clear tape on them, mine came with clear tape on both ends.

But hey, if yer missing a roll or two, just be glad the chimps didn't substitute them with some feces.
