So glad those people decided to get there free stuff so they could make a buck while those of us who do shoot film get the pleasure of waiting!
I saw like between 1 and 2 dozen that I could find. I sent one of them an email full of sarcasm thanking him for selling free film. Some even said they cant use the film or dont use film, yet they ordered these free samples. How nice of everyone to order film they cant use and sell it to make money off of- keeping those who actually use these films to test from getting their free copies. Kodak had to cut the program short due to overwhelming demand. So that means a lot of people wont be getting their rolls. Now we know where some of them went- into the hands of greedy opportunists. I also found it funny they show in the Ebay picture the film boxes themselves, and they say right on them "Not for resale". I guess those people are stupid as well as greedy for not being able to read. Since they just started to come out in the mail, I wont be suprised if this is just the start of seeing these auctions on Ebay. I'll give one a pat on the back for being honest (assuming they are). They said the received the wrong ones, so they are going up for sale. I agree- Im also a little miffed about this. I cant even say if I'll get my free copies at all. I had to have them sent to a friends in Seattle who would have brought them up for me to test them. In Canada it may be half a year before the dealers get the new supply since film doesnt sell well up here. I dont have stock of these films in my freezer, so I was hoping to be able to get an order of the new stuff. I might be waiting a while. Ok- Rant off too.
