I can also recommend Maël. He lives not far from me and has done work for me (only one lens so far but I have other things waiting for him). He also participates from time to time in the french analogue forum. He generally sticks to mechanical stuff so best to send him a mail with a photo of what you want repaired. He is also, I think, fairly knowledgeable on what other specialist repairers are still in activity.
