Like Ole I'd pray if I believed, and have sent my best wishes with a small donation.

One of Jorge's prints has prime spot in my collection, and sits alongside prints by internationally known European photographers, Fay Godwin, John Blakemore, Robert Doisneau, etc etc.

Jorge's work is on its own, he spans traditions and cultures, using Platinum/palladium, and the heavy spanish catholic infuences in his suject matter, means he crosses many cultural boudaries with his image making.

We need you back making new images, so good luck Jorge.

Both Liz and my families have had our fair share of cancers, we (sort of) know what you're going through. Keep the faith and know that we're all pulling for you.

We just made a donation to Jorge via Paypal. Thanks to Sean and Aggie for getting this info out to us. The sense of family here at APUG will never cease to amaze me...

I just added one of my platinum prints to the Classified section. It's a 4x5 contact print of a negative I made while visiting Jorge last year. 5 prints are available.

Jorge, I have been missing you online. I noticed you were not very present lately and have just now learned the reason why. Let me tell you I am very saddened to hear such news, really...It hit me hard and it brought me tears.
I did not hessitate to order one of your very beautiful prints I will certainly hang it up in my best wall for my own visual enjoyment and to have you very present. I hope that helps some.

It's always been an adventure to read Jorge's posts and I always enjoyed them. I would encourage all of us to buy a Jorge original print. I just bought this one: Dead Link Removed. I really like the composition and the light. I wish Jorge a speedy recovery and as much energy in fighting this damn desease as he has always shown in his posts here and over at The Large Format Forum!
