I am working on an application for the iphone/ipod touch. It is going to be a photographers toolkit. As of now it has a database that can hold info on lenses and other equipment you have. There is a note keeper that is centeret around shooting sheetfilm/filmholders. I have a lot of plans, but would also like to hear what You would like in an application like that.

I'd love to have a record keeper for sheet film exposures. It would be nice if I could input some of the fields like film type and filters and could just use a checkbox in the field. Something like:

__ TMAX 100

__ Fomapan 200

__ HP5

The ability to customize the record would be very helpful. Thanks.

There was recently another post about someone working on an iPhone app - I think the possibilities are very promising. I would love a little database app that lets me enter lens, f-stop, exposure time, zone placements, cassette number, film type, shifts and tilts, and filter in the field. And adding a digital image from the built-in camera of the motif (or of the camera movements) wouldn't be bad either!

Indeed. Check (there was a url link here which no longer exists).
Join forces? Or make the same app, slightly different?

Geo-tagging would great, linking gps data to a record for a sheet or for frames on roll.

Great idea! Geotagging would be really great. The data should also be exportable.

Have any of You tried this: Dead Link Removed

Thanks for all the other feedback. Please keep posting ideas. I am working hard here to make the best photograhers toolkit for the iphone.
