I suspect the easiest way to gain access to the shutter blades on this camera is to remove the rear element of the lens, and then open the aperture fully. Then you can gently rub the shutter leaves with a cotton swab soaked with electronics cleaner.
When you open the back, you'll see that three black metal rings surround the rear glass lens-element. The middle and outer rings have a pair of notches in them for a tool. Unscrew the middle ring, and the rear lens-group will come out, exposing the blades, so you can clean them. BTW, the outer ring secures the shutter.
