This is very old film, from a period when Agfa-Gevaert still used the Gevaert brand for certain industrial films, befor it was ommitted for the only use of Agfa.
In this case it is b&w cine print film.

most of the makers had a print film for B&W movies, they tend to be interchangeable - blue sensitive, clear base - KS1870 perforations (same as till film).

I am amused that they even used a drawing of a Theatre projector to indicate that it was for making projection prints.

I have quite a few 16mm Movies that were printing in the US on Gevaert stock.
 
The cans with cine camera films likely had as icon an apparatus with the two reels on top.
