Advice on the value of these cameras

Hello, I'm new to the Group. I recently came in a variety of analog cameras, can you please help me estimate a value on those??
Mamiya C330
Mamiya RB67
Mamiya RZ67 PRO II
Linhoff Technica
Sinar P3
Also what would be the best place to try and sell them? They are all in mint condition, with a full set of lenses and accessories.

If you are in US, most of us use KEH and Ebay completed listing as pricing standards. You can call KEH or use its web based tool to find out what they'll pay for your equipment, if that's what you want.

If you subscribe to APUG, you can place your for sale ad in classified section.

I think you'll get the best price by listing here in the classified section, except the Sinar P3.

When looking for price points, users tend to over-grade their equipment. Be sure to read the keh.com grading guidelines. Pricing 15-30% below keh would be a good start, you can always lower things if it doesn't sell as fast as you'd like.

The value of your equipment is very much going to be determined by the lenses and accessories you don't list. For example, the RZ67 might only bring $250-350, but including a 'full set' of 6 lenses and other accessories could bring it over $1,500.

Yes, check prices at the sites mentioned, and then offer them for sale here! Seriously, this is a good place to sell and buy this sort of gear.

Your sale will get more activity, with higher returns, if you list the equipment separately.

If you prefer, list the Mamiyas with one standard lens and the WLF & film back.
I would list the Sinar and maybe even the Technica w/o lenses attached.

I have roughly estimated their value, however I do not know the procedure. I mean I am in Greece, so if anyone from the forum wants to buy the camera, how do you do it? And how do you check if the camera is fine or not?

As stated above there is a "Classified" section here. You find it in the "Forum". However to post an ad there you have to become a subscriber. To do so look at the yellow bar above.

Here at Apug we are eager to assist anyone new with a problem. However showing up in the first posting with a commercial issue may make people here a bit reluctant. The classified section for a part is founded on trust built up in the forum.
For checking the camera you can communicate in your classified-thread or off-public via private messages with interested members to discuss technical issues.

To Salem: You are correct, Sinar is a rail camera.The pictures are from Linhoff, Mamiya C330 and Mamiya RZ67 and RB67. I do not have a picture of the full Sinar set at the moment.
To AgX: I am sorry if I was too forward with my first post in Apug. To be honest I do not have the slightest idea of the whole analog camera, so I need all the help I can get, since I do not know if the cameras I own are worth selling to more professional hands or I should keep them. Also , I am not advertising or selling at the moment, just trying to show the condition of those cameras.

Yes, sell them here. This place is probably the largest concentration of camera junkies on earth. You won't be able to fool anybody into paying a stupid price, but they know just what they want and will pay what it takes to get it.

The value of used cameras depend on a lot of things - not just the camera themselves (which can be quite a range) but also conditions and market. I have no idea what they are worth in your country and in your area.

When it comes to the cameras themselves, the value also depends on conditions and EXACTLY what you have. For example, for RB type cameras, the body itself comes in 3 versions. Original, -S and -SD. The back comes in 3 versions just like that also. The lens comes in at least 3 versions. Original, C, and K/L. The value could range as much as by factor of 3 from the least to the most. RZ is similar. Of course, a working and clean example will sell for more where as non-working and user camera will sell for less.

So you see, it's not an easy thing to say it's worth THIS much. If we give a range, it'll be useless because the range is so wide. There's so much we can tell from photograph, too.

If you know little or nothing about the pieces, you may just want to take them to a local camera store that deals with used cameras and let them tell you. As I eluded earlier, KEH has an online price estimator. You might check that, too so you know roughly what they are worth.

Most of us try to be as helpful as we can on APUG. However, we are running into limitations as to how we can help you.

You will likely get a better price selling on a forum like this, but as others have stated, such sales are based on trust. If this forum works like most others, once you have agreed on a price and shipping method and insurance etc. with a buyer, they send you the money and then you send them the product. There is almost no protection what so ever for the buyer. You could just run with their money. You could send them something else worth far less. You could send them broken equipment, etc. and they have little or no legal recourse. That is why trust is so important.

Ebay has a bit more protection built in but many other inherent risks as well. There are lots and lots of unscrupulous folks prowling around there. Selling it at a store is the safest way to go for either party. They will fully inspect it and make sure of it's condition and then pay you right there. They get the equipment, you get the money. But the down side is that they will only pay you about 50% of what they intend to sell it for!

Probably the best solution is to find a local customer who can come and inspect the equipment before paying you.

By the way, if you really don't know much about this equipment as you say, I can tell you that it is all very nice equipment. The Mamiya stuff isn't all that valuable (comparatively) but is quite popular so you should have no problem finding a buyer. The Linhoff is considerably more valuable, but also demand is a bit lower as no nearly as many folks are using large format. But it looks to be in very nice condition.

From what you said, your not into photography, at least, analog type. I doubt the value will increase by hanging onto then so my recommendation is to proceed to figure out how you are going to sell them. JMHO
