You can get dimensional 2x4 lumber that is actually 2X4 inches. We sold it where I worked. We also had our own certified graders there. In other words, a REAL pro lumberyard. That was useful in the restoration of older homes which used "full dimension" framing lumber in the first place.

Now back on track : was just talking to a friend in person this morning who shoots the older GW690. Seems the exposure frame dimensions are a little different than the subsequent ii and iii versions; quite a few things different, in fact.

(4.3x as large as 35mm format; 1.6x larger than 6x4.5)

My understanding was that the Pentax 67 was actually 70mm , and as mentioned above the Linhof Super Rollex back was 72mm, so clearly, like lots of other sizes, there wasn't much standardization of 6x7, despite being created 50 years later than the other 120 film sizes.
