Some white led does not produce continuous or even rgb. You may find it uses a blue led and yellow/orannge phosphor to fake a to the eye white but film sees something else. This website, https://www.waveformlighting.com/high-cri-led may help explain better.

All depends on the CRI rating a LED light source sports, high CRI delivers a very continuous spectrum. Anyway, for safe lights, this has not much importance because the filter we use is to let a band pass, what we habe in the rest of the spectrum is not to have much an impact. In fact, what is most interesting for a safe light is selecting a coloured LED that has exactly the band we want without generating additional heat, like pointed in this post https://www.photrio.com/forum/threads/a-couple-questions-about-light-bulbs.179526/#post-2346083

Why using a while LED in a safe light if we have later have block blue and green? Today we have cheap LEDs in any narrow band...
