tl:dr; I got one of these that came in the shop with no lenses. It's a 70mm aerial camera.

Where can I get lenses that aren't the 3,000-dollar Hassy lenses.....and how do the battery chargers work? Does anyone have experience with these?

Looks like a pretty neat little piece of machinery.

Most of those lenses were converted to be used on Hasselblad 2000 series cameras. They were "dirt cheap", back then when "70mm Agiflite" hit the used camera market, but maybe you will be lucky to find some??

The only ones I've found were ridiculously expensive

One of our locals might make an adapter to run large format lenses on it
