Hi,
My last evolution of the 3 color carbon is the 3 color carbon transfert directly by the simple transfert on the final art support paper. I don't use the double transfert after printing 3 color carbon on one provisary support.
I print successivement the 3 colour directly as the simple transfert on the watercolour paper exctly as the carbon simple transfert

Most interesting! I've done monochrome carbon printing, but I would love to try this sometimes.

You have really nice colors!

I’m quite impressed that you manage to align the 3 prints directly on watercolour paper.

I prefer the stable plastic sheet for alignment. It allows me to attach some Ternes Burton stripping taps with some scotch and it doesn’t change its size when wet!

My marking pin machine is perfect and I perfectly stabilized paper
Everything works after 6 months of research, of course
Do you mind elaborating on how you hold register?, I do tri colour gums and quads with paper mounted to aluminum.

Bob, I've found that Shrinking the paper (Arches Platine, Stonehenge) in twice in boiling water (let paper dry after each treatment), takes care of any further shrinkage.
