A result of a test is attached from in-date Kodak Gold 200 @EI=50 put through the above process.
It looks like mainly blue and red colors, but has tiny scratches.IDK what is the cause of these scratches.
The only solution that is not clear is the Part A. Perhaps some kind of reticulation due to temperature change.

Is there a chance that the shower gel introduced little particles that scratch your film? AFAIK some contain little particles to peel skin. You could try using dish washer instead, assuming you're only after the wetting property of shower gel.
