I don't think so, Ron. What I am saying is that it's about as illogical to hold ciba/ilfo issues against slide as it is to say that c41 is inferior because people don't project it and cannot judge colour accuracy directly. In your view, is that a fair case against c41... that we can't project...

P.S. that slide scan is unsharpened and no colour correction was applied. I can prove that to anyone with functional eyeballs because I have the slide.

It'd be really easy to eliminate the rear rise and tilt, no? Just take those flimsier parts off and replace with sturdy L brackets.

Shen has just done some custom work for me. Just ask 'em- chances are that you can get whatever you want, at ebony-like level of quality, for a low price.

I think you might check out the shen hao hzx4x5, although it has more movements than you want, but that should be easy to fix. Not sure what you mean by triple extension, you got me there! But shen hao will do some custom stuff if you wish, as will argentum, probably. I also am not sure about...

There are ra4 papers specifically for the printing of colour or b&w chromogenic negs. For example, oriental hyper seagull or ilfospeed rc digital.

I kinda disagree ;) The eye has a complex mechanism for compensating for changes in colour temp. so that we tend to see a rather neutral image with our eyes. We do not see strongly blue shadows; we do not see green faces illuminated by fluorescents, etc. Indeed, we see colours as roughly warm...
