colin,
I'd take it off your hands if I had a petzval and $350 in my hands, unfortunately, I have neither right now :(.
damn college...drains you of all your money!

the thing I like about 220 vs 120 now though is this:
developing price per roll. Most labs will process 120 and 220, but 220 is generally only 50% more price-wise. This is great when you are shooting for clients(like most of the people I assist for, those who are still shooting film), because...
no stop bath?
I've read also(haven't tried it yet though), that giving a 1min wash before the first fixing bath can help extend its life. Even better if you use a 2-fixer bath process.

hey all,
found these in the back of the fridge last night. I bought them just before Kodak killed HIE from their product line, and rather than shooting them and getting something *maybe*, I'd rather see them go to someone who will use them and get great images.
rolls have been refrigerated...
also have a 50mm f/2 Summicron-R(see classifieds for pictures/description of it) I'd be interested in trading in addition to the F100 body, if the F5 body is really clean, or has a working MF28 databack included.
preferably no rechargeable batteries, just the 8-AA battery tray.
thanks

hey guys,
I can't go on anymore. My F100 is just too small for my hands. And now that I've gotten my mitts on a custom brackets mini-rc for my speedlight, it makes it even harder :o.
so this is what I have for trade: Nikon F100 body +
-EPN Readyload 4X5 04/09 dating (refrigerated since...
quick question for the OP though:
is this Rollei chemistry as archivally stable as the Kodak c-41 chems? Even with mixing the chemistry with distilled water, and doing the 1st wash with normal tap water to help establish the normal "mineral content" that is built(designed) into the process from...
Ektagraphic,
I shall see about that. I'm going on a trip this summer for 7 weeks, and I'm planning on shooting some 8x10 and 4x5 color negs, so I'll be in need of some chemistry ;).
just need to do some testing before souping the good stuff ;).
cheers

what about sending to Mamiya themselves? I think they're out of Jersey, or NYC.
here's a site that has some pricing. you might want to call them to get a more accurate quote. but you'll probably have to have it checked out anyhow(also, *maybe* be ready for a bench fee, even if there isn't a...
I'm also interested in the ALL METAL old ones as well,
I'm making 4x10 cropping darkslides(2-4x10's/ 8x10 sheet), I only need one final slide, but at least 1 backup just in case ;).
thanks

check out carbon printing. IDK what format you use, but if its LF, even MF film(120/220), you can contact print.
message Vaughn(Hutchins, he's on here). His primary method of printing is carbon, as well as pt/pd printing. All contact work. I think he does some enlarging too though, not 100%...
personally, I like paypal. It offers a sense of "security" for both the buyer and the seller. Getting money for a sale RIGHT NOW is a nice thing, especially if you're watching something YOU WANT, and don't have all the cash in hand yet.
paypal "gift": personally, I think that Paypal couldn't...
is there any distributors in the USA, anyone know?
also, is it a bleach/fix(blix) or separate baths?
and how many rolls or 120 or sheets of 8x10(same square inches) per kit, singe shot chemistry?
thanks
-Dan
oh...
if you contact print(generally LF negs), I've found that I, personally, get the best results from using graded papers. Emaks(for contact work or enlargements) is a very nice paper, and seeing that its slightly cheaper than Ilford, I really like it. It also seems to have more "tones" in it...
or I have some small "under the lens" ones for sale. also has the frame for holding them
$20 and they're yours, shipped.
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

hey all,
I'm in need of some spare 4x5 and 8x10 darkslides. Preferably the newer flexible Fidelity/Lisco stlye, but I'm not all that picky however.
somewhat on a budget, but let me know
thanks
-Dan
hey all,
found this along with the enlarge I'm selling. Works fine, just a bit dirty from sitting for so long.
$25 SHIPPED in the U.S.A.
open to offers as well. If you purchase BOTH the enlarger and timer together, shipping will stay the same(nothing extra ;)!!!) They will be shipped in the...
hey guys,
got this a while back, forgot I had it actually. Works fine, comes with 35mm negative carrier. Lens included is a 50mm omegar(idk, can't remember its boxed up already). LENS IS INTEGRATED INTO THE ENLARGER, ITS NOT REMOVABLE.
I haven't used the enlarger, and since I'm contact...
