If the film was in the refrigerator or the freezer, then one must wait until the film has come to room [ambient] temperature. If the film was not cold, then there should be no reason that the film could not be loaded the day before. I am sure you will provide more background information later...
And if a thread should be opened on these statements, the thread would go on for pages, no agreements on the different views and nothing would be decided. And another thread would just take up space that has to be maintained by @Sean and company.
Always worth shooting, but since you do not know how the film was stored do not shoot something that you cannot reshoot at a later date with fresher film.
I see the mottling all over the photograph except for the subject in the middle of the frame, which seems to contradict the 120 paper problem. The rest of the photograph does look like the 120 paper problem but a sharp center image would not be there in that case. Something for both of us to...

Some longitudinal curling may occur, however storing in PrintFile pages tends to flatten them out. One could also put the PrintFile pages on a flat surface place a large flat object on top and top it off with a weight and the curl will flatten out.
The relationship between focal lens and their field of views is invariant between rangefinders, slr and mirrorless cameras. It is a matter of simple physics. Furthermore just because I prefer and mostly use slrs does not prevent me from owning and using rangefinders occasionally.
