I agree. It is a C41 film and likely ISO 100. If it were ISO 160 or 400 and exposed at ISO 100, the exposures would still be usable.

Other than retaking the photograph, nothing can correct a poor choice for the original angle of the photograph.

The vignetting might not appear with a "thin" or "wide angle" filter alone and using such a filter with a lens hood the vignetting might not appear. One would have to test both configurations.

Example: I have mixed Stock XTOL in 1 liter bags that has lasted, unopened for years and is still good. When I do go to use it, I will test it on a strip of film, as I would with any developer.

I bought a used Minolta SR-7 in 1966 and owned MC and MD lenses. I agree that you cannot mishandle the Minolta optics.

GAS is good. I never resist it, as if I could. It led me to MF and LF which would not happened without GAS.

I am happy with replenished XTOL done in a Jobo processor. I like the sharpness, the grain and the tonality. I will consider EMA if I see something really wonderful, but so far I am not sold on EMA and I love the forgiveness of XTOL.

Clarification: I meter the place with the darkest shadow detail I want and place that in the Zone of choice. That reading is transferred to the Hasselblad and from then on I use EV for all the settings and any filter factor adjustments.
