Thanks guys, she isn't my friend just a model I shot that contacted me on model mayhem. Cheesy sight, great resource, just have to pick and choose and not be creepy, which, believe it or not I apparently am less than other photographers according to all the models I've shot anyway.

I believe it, because a lot of people do nudes for...well, creepy motives. I don't have the talent or experience or clarity of thought to tackle the genre, but there's no denying that the body is a fascinating subject...and in this particular case I think you've done a very good job with it; the tone and feel of the skin in the image is almost tactile, and when combined with the overt "bedroom" intimacy of the composition you've got a really nice image on your hands. This is honestly one of the better nudes I've seen in a long time. Well done.

gotta love how much attention a photo of a nipple gets vs other images...

Thanks for such a high compliment. It was a bedroom scene... HahaIt takes a LOT of concentration to not lose your sense of art and get lost in the sexuality of it. I don't know that many of the images are any good, I think maybe 3-4 out of 800 (between "D!&!1@L" and Film) but out of 4 negative film images I am happy with 1 good one, and 1 good digital (which I wish I could show it's fun). Thanks again.

I was thinking this would happen, wonder if this means my work is no longer "unremarkable" as one person said, guess all it took was a nipple haha

I thought it was a crop as it seems shes covering her other nip. Whatever the case, this is a great photo. Whats the difference between wafer softbox rather than reg?

Actually, it's just bare skin factor. Don't worry, don't take it personally (as either a good or bad thing). Skin just draws attention.

Wafer is a brand, just like Chimera... people tend to care more about the brand name of lighting if you are using the higher end stuff as it's very particular and completely changes the style of light that is created, wafer soft boxes are shallow and produce a very even light, many product photographers use them, the inside diffuser is center weighted graduated so that the center isn't blown out like most other boxes (since the strobe is in the center) so I thought it was important to mention as I use both Chimera and Wafer, Chimera is WAY easier to deal with/setup but Wafer is a pain but gives really nice light. IMHO most other light box/soft box companies are crap compared to these two companies, but it really depends on what you're using... if you have a $200 strobe kit from the local photo store, it probably won't have much affect on your lighting if you use cheapo boxes as the light power isn't strong enough to affect the light output and blah blah I could go on for a long time about this. I just listed it as sometimes people (like me) want to know about equipment other than the camera/film.
