My House Burned Down Today 5 - The Roof, The Roof, The Roof Was On Fire...

So it's been quite a frustrating day, my house burned down, and the only way for me to turn the bad into good was take a few photos. I really couldn't see much, it was very dark, and I basically messed up one or more lines in every photo while adjusting for the ones I could see, I missed a whole bunch that I couldn't see. Such is life I suppose.

Don't worry, no one was there at the time, no film or camera was lost, and the suspect is either a druggie who broke in to stay warm, or someone lighting fires for kicks, apparently I wasn't the only house at that time that "got hit" in the city. At least I got the exposures right...

Stone, I'm so sorry! That's awful! I hope you had insurance. What a terrible thing to happen. Glad you're OK and the photos are really dramatic! I'm sending you a virtual hug...

Thanks everyone, Ken, that was one of the other houses hit the same day I believe, 252-254 Beardsley Street, Bridgeport, CT was mine. I can't find a news feed but I know images were taken by news 12 CT since my friend is one of the producers he told me they were there and he didn't realize it was my house at the time.It's all clothes and furniture lost, nothing if true value, I'm very lucky despite it all. Best wishes to everyone.
