Thanks HuubL. This forum doesn't get much use, it looks like. I have been contemplating a change of camera bodies lately. This is a result of recently getting involved with an Epson R-D1. I like the rd1 and got used to using my leica lenses on it, it has aperture priority AE and is much faster than setting the shutter and aperture on my M6. I got so used to this that I've started to use the M6 in AE mode and it doesn't have an AE mode, hence wasted film until I realize that it's not thinking for me. So my question is this, is it silly to go from a high quality, great handling camera body like my 1984 first batch M6 for a body such as a Bessa R3A or the more expensive Zeiss Ikon, has anyone here done this for the reasons stated, will I be sorry? Thanks, Bob.
