Those crazy cell phone drivers are dangerous. I've almost been run over crossing at a crosswalk with the light saying "Walk" several times.

It's a myth and has been attributed to a growing number of photographers. Including Morley Baer and Brett Weston.
I've only seen the quote but no source has been quoted. Unless you want to use another website as yours.

I think he ate peppers. He photographed them and then ate them just like people photograph their meals today with their cell phones.
