I have an old style Zorki 4 (with the engraved shutter speeds and such) that is fairly functional except for the rangefinder. It doesn't need a range adjusment, but it is cloudy, and I think the double image needs a vertical adjustment. Does anyone have a resource for this, or advice? Thanks.

Thanks for the Olsen link.

Also, I think one of the mirrors needs to be repainted. Are there instructions for this somewhere, and would you recommend that I do this?

If I were you, I'd go to rangefinderforum.com and ask around there. Specifically ask for greyhoundman. He's worked on a lot of these old Z4's.
