Zeiss Ikon 4x5

I Hope this is the right arfea to post this here:\
I am looking for anytype of information on the Zeiss Ikon 4x5 which I have , I have tried the usual places like photo net LF format and couple of classic camera sites : even a site thats suppose to be just for zeiss Ikon ? No luck , I am new here but would appreciate any type of info even if it means more research: or am I chasing a dead horse!

Ragc here has some photos of his 4x5 Zeiss Palmos posted (under the "show yours" thread), and I myself own a 5x7 Zeiss Juwel.
Did you try to search for the 9x12 model too (the european metric version of 4x5)? Considering that Zeiss was/is a german company, the metric equivalents are probably a bit more common. Also keep in mind that the old Zeiss Icon conglomerate had a just bewildering lineup in their golden days, carried over from ICA, Contessa-Nettel, Ernemann and Goerz, of which many models got discontinued after the formation of Zeiss Icon in the 1926 merger of the four former companies.

DPB: When I have it in working order will post it at that time: just got it today has Model # 207/1 on leather handle: It does have some type of marks on the lens it could fungus or reminants of it:???

big_ben_blue: thanks for all the info got camera today Its Model # 207/1 and furture inspection I find it to be 3-1/4 by 4-1/2 not a 4x5 in my book??????

There's also a guy on ebay who sells old Zeiss catalogs from the 20's and 30's on CD-Rom. His listings are constantly popping up in my search reminders for Zeiss Juwels.
