I didn't know you were supposed to dilute paper developerI've been mixing Dektol from the package and using it straight all this time ...

I used XTOL stock all the time in the past. Now I use XTOL replenished which is still full strength.

I'll bet the paper develops pretty quick doesn't it? And it probably has some pretty dense blacks!
I was confused when reading the instructions for Fuji paper that developing time was 90+ seconds - mine were done in 15 or less!It reminds me of a similar mistake I made, years ago, when I developed a roll of Tri-X in the HC-110 STOCK solution. It resulted in some really dense highlights!!!![]()
