The sky was falling, the civilization was at an end, and you were forced to leave your home for good in search of surviving human beings.

You decided you will take with you, a film camera with a roll of film. only one from your fridge. It would be the last film you would ever shoot.

Which would it be? (past discontinued films count too)

OK - guess you unterstand now:D:smile:!

Well last film on earth is like newest film on earth (look at new films from 1er manufacturers)
It should be a bw film (first film on earth) that could be the logical "circle"!

Well Across100 is it not - that was much more clear much more early:getlost:!

Ilford is the last man standing in some years (just from my point)!

So what is Ilfords bestselling film today? Delta100? I could imagine Delta400 can make the play!

with regards

Fuji FP-100C. It might be hard to get a standard roll of film developed under those conditions.

First thought was E100, because I shoot so much color, but then thinking it through (processing difficulties, etc) the nod would go to one of two long-time favorites, either Tri-X or HP5+.

Well it would have to be the original ASA 10 Kodachrome. Of course if it was the end of the world .I would have better things to do (with my lovely wife), maybe have a nice cigar after and some really great bourbon. On second thought skip the cigar

In this case I think food and water may take precedence.

Besides, I can't play this game. No little paltry 35mm with a roll of film would work in this case.

I would need to carry a big camera, tripod and lens (my Nikkor M 450/9 would work.) A lot of glass plates with a couple of holders. A couple of rolls of good quality paper and all the chemicals I would need to coat my plates and make my own prints. Denise's books and some notes from Jason would be a great help. A nice dark tent to allow me to do everything I needed would be good. I would also need a portable sink and several barrels to fill with water.

In other words...I would need a wagon with a team of horses or oxen to pack everything I would need. :D

Someone has to be there to record the end of the world!

EDIT - I don't know about this "sky falling" stuff though. That might be a bit hard on the horses!
