@GRHazelton it's even simpler: they could have opened a Spotify shop with a few mouse clicks. e-Commerce software is a commodity now. But I love Catlabs! They have all innovative film processors available (not just JOBO, but Stark, Heiland TAS, Dev.a, Filmomat) and it's the only shop I'm aware of that sells brand new densitometers.

Used Photo Pro (Roberts) is my go-to GAS reliever. I have probably paid someone's salary for the year with all my purchases!
Twice I had problems with something I ordered and they not only gave me a refund but told me to keep it.
I feel Roberts is the best in the business.

I glanced at the site and was appalled that you couldn't search for a particular brand, but rather had to plough through dozens of items of no interest. 'For shame! They should pay for a good programmer to fix the site.
