For Sale Yashica FX-2 SLR - Boxed with F1.9 50mm Lens - Excellent Condition

I am selling a Yashica FX-2 with the matched Yashica 50mm F1.9 prime lens. The condition is very, very good and all functions are working correctly. The camera looks hardly used. The original box and paperwork is included as are all items shown in the photos. I have installed an alkaline LR44 cell in the camera (the meter works, but it may need a Wein cell 1.35V equivalent sized battery to get the most accurate readings - I am not sure).

The FX-2 uses the Contax-Yashica bayonet mount (aka C/Y) for which a wide variety of outstanding lenses were made, including a large number from Zeiss. Unlike most C/Y mount SLR's from Yashica or Zeiss, the FX-2 is a manual focus camera with a mechanical shutter granting the knowledgeable user maximum flexibility and the reliability of battery independence for operation.

Collectors and users of classic 35mm SLR's will enjoy owning and using this camera.
