in the US, it seem ZZMedical is the most common supplier for Fuji HR-U Green. They're about $35 for a box of 100 8x10 sheets. As for european resellers, I don't know of any. ZZ medical has a weird list of countries they ship to, but its very limited--USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Lebanon, and Australia (at least according to their address form on their site.).
I've been using double-sided and single-sided for many years now, from 8x10 to 14x17. Xray film is fun to shoot. It has an interesting look. Cheap, too. If you do source some in the UK, grab a box of 8x10, and cut it down under a safelight, to 4x5. Pretty much any developer will do the job, although you will have to dilute it down if you want gentler contrast. I use D-23 1+3, or Pyrocat-HD 1+200.
In case you don't already know, there is a thread over the LFPF, started by Monty McCluney back in 2007. It's bloody long, but loaded with juicy information.
Also search the previous posts of one of the posters on this thread called 'Big Paul' and read his posts, as he has used it a lot and gives a good bit of information about using and developing it.
