which looks to me to be exactly what I have been looking for to help with spotting prints!

If it isn't obvious from the address, Anchor is Edmund Industrial Optics' surplus store, i.e., the same old Edmund Scientific surplus store. Worth a visit if you're in the area, and open Saturdays.
