Hey guys, I am looking to acquire two JOBO 1502 reels.

These are the reels that take 110 / 16mm / APS film

If possible I would like at least two, but also for one if I have to, I have regular 35mm reels to trade for, or I am willing to pay some money, but the brand-new ones that are sold on eBay are just way too much money for me.

Hoping someone has some they don't need?

I also have a print drum I could trade?

They fit in JOBO 1500 series tanks.

I believe there is an older model that fit in the very old 1000 series tanks, i'm not positive but I believe these will also fit in the newer tanks so I'm willing to take a risk on trading for those as well, the only difference is that the newer ones are white and the older ones are clear plastic as far as I can tell.

Thanks!

Bump! Still would like to trade, anyone have a spare or two? I'll offer 2 to 1 on a reel trade.

I also have a few hand process tanks that take 110, I have switched to rotary so I won't need the hand tanks once I get the reels. Thanks!

yes - the older reels (transperant plastic) fit the new tanks.

I have one old reel (I use) for 110 film.....

I did have the plans for converting a Patterson 35mm reel down to a 110 reel, but have lost them. You cut the reel with the larger centre to the correct width, and then use the bit you cut off as a locking collar to hold the reels together. I'm sure you could do the same thing to a Jobo reel as they are built the same way...

Thanks, I've tried rigging stuff, always ends up causing problems.

I just am amazed at how expensive they are new, and that no one has any used for less, I'm even offering a whole 1500 type tank with 4 reels for just 2 and no one seems to want to trade. It's crazy lol.

Darko, YES! Those are the old style as AgX pointed out...

The problem with them is they are slightly wider than the new columns so they may spin, there's a workaround using tape to make them fit snugly so they don't rotate in the professor (or rather so they rotate air the tank instead of slipping).

I'll PM you.

just put them between a couple of standard reels - that's what I do when using these reels

Congrats on your find!

Oh that's an excellent idea! Thanks!

Still would like to find 1 more. Especially a newer version.

But thanks, yes I'm really psyched to be able to start developing the fun film again.

Does the 16mm reel exist in the new, white version?
