Want to Buy WTB: Packard Shutter with 3 1/2" or 4" opening

I am looking for a packard shutter in working condition. Doesn't have to be pretty just in working order! If it is missing the tubing and bulb that is ok.

The opening needs to be 3 1/2" to 4" in size. If anyone has one they would like to part with please send me a PM.
