Just got my new nikon fe from big auction site.. As it often happens, seller forgot to mention some detail - focusing screen is not that clean as it use to be long time ago, and has some big and small scratches.

Want to buy new one or good used one..
Have few f3 screens to possibly trade.

Hi Victor,

You might consider looking for a junky/broken/cheap manual focus slr body to salvage a clean screen from. I took one out of a broken minolta body (an XG-7 or something) and trimmed it down with an olfa knife until it fit in my FE body. I have been using it for years since and focuses perfectly, even with an 85mm 1.4 wide open.
