If Punkinhed can't help you, have a look at this site http://www.filterfind.net/Home.html I was able to turn up a Series V adapter for my Zeiss Ikon Contessa, which has an OUTSIDE thread on the lens mount.

The Germans have different solutions. My Vitessa L has what amounts to an interrupted thread for filters. Quick to mount or remove, but made of Unobtanium these days. Then there're the Rollei bayonet filters, which as I understand, are likely to stick on YashicaMat mounts. Bummer.....

Punkinhed7- thanks that'd be helpful

GRhazelton- thanks, that link is super helpful

Whitey had a box of them, must have been about 1,000 series V filter just 2 weekends ago, he told me he sent them to a photo place and they were going to use them to make art with it... Lol

Good luck, there's TONS of them.

ebay is where I got mine. beware a lot of them are suffering from separation issues.
