Well I missed my chance of buying it direct from Grant Haist a couple of years ago when you could still send him a check.

Now that I'm a fully patented photo-historian, I'd like to have a copy of this book. I'm looking for the two volumes, not just the more common v.1.

If I remember correctly, the first volume covers B&W and the second one colour photography.
