Cp31/32s show up with some regularity on the Yahoo Japan auctions (or thru buyee.com), but it would be best to check out the unit before buying, and make sure it's shipped properly. B.S. Kumar sells items out of Japan frequently, he might be able to connect you with a source?

I should have mentioned when shopping on Japanese sites, Fujimoto used the brand name Lucky for their domestically sold equipment (enlargers sometimes got branded Lucky internationally as well). There are currently 2 CP31s and a CP51 on buyee. https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/r481196048 https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/f469622654 https://buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/x768248628 Again, I would suggest proceeding carefully as shipping them internationally might be difficult to plan out.
