Want to Buy WTB: Focotmat IIC with focotar 2

Preferably with focotar 2 100mm. I don't care about the 60mm lens as I already have a Ic color for my 35mm work. Cheers.

Keep your eye on eBay and Craigslist. They do show up from time to time. But you're most likely to find one with the V Elmar or Focotar.

I use both the Elmar and the Focotar-2 on the IIC. Yes, the Focotar-2 is a lovely lens. But so is the Elmar, you just need to stop it down twice for sure. I think the later Elmars are probably better, so check serial nrs:

The Focotar-2 you find mostly with the later grey version. That is generally an expensive combo, even though it is only the grey that is the difference. A well treated black IIC is as good a machine.

The biggest problem I see is how to ship one of these. They're heavy, bulky and pretty hard to break down.
Localish to you would be much better.

Thanks for the comments all. I've been keeping an eye out on the auction site and certainly on craigslist as well but I figured I'd throw this out there in case any APUGer near me had one they were looking to get rid of. I found my Ic color on Craigslist for $300 in perfect shape and was hoping to find a matching iic, especially since I mainly shoot medium format. The search continues. Also, John I've PM'd you out of morbid curiosity regarding shipping.
