May I suggest you somehow find out if the exit rollers on the two Energy Mot units, are not stuck together. If they are stuck together then there could be a reasonable chance the exit rollers, which are soft and rubbery, have stuck to each other and when pried apart, bits of roller become detached.

The racks should have a spacer embedded at each end of the exit roller pair to keep them separated. Meaning you can turn the top roller with your fingers while nothing else moves.

The first picture is the factory spacer, one each side. The second picture is some white plastic I stuck together to make a spacer of about 4-5mm. You can see the roller gap in the second picture.

Roller processors like these are almost impossible to keep going. If you can find a like new. They're appealing, especially since it sounds like you're looking for a feeder, dev and blix.

Just a quick clarification, these spacers are only used when you are storing the processors.

When using the processor, you remove the spacers, then the rollers are firmly held together by springs. These are exit rollers which squeegee the paper, as it leaves the bath.
