Want to Buy WTB Darkroom sink, light safe extractor

I'm building a darkroom in Somerset, UK, and would like to buy a good sized sink. By that I mean anything over about 5 feet although bigger is better in this case as I have plenty of room. I'm not too concerned whether it's stainless steel, ABS or fibreglass as long as its watertight. Happy to come to you to transport. Also on the hunt for a light safe extractor fan (Ventaxia etc).
