Want to Buy WTB: Cambo/Calumet lensboards Copal #0 #1

hey all,

I'm looking to purchase some Cambo/Calumet lensboards of the following flavors:

BLACK lensboards only please

--(1) copal #0 (35mm hole) , recessed
--(1) copal #0 (35mm hole), normal(flat)
--(1) copal #1 (42mm hole) normal(flat) -OR- (1) Copal #1 (42mm hole) recessed

I'm also looking for a Cambo-->Linhof lensboard adapter(reducing). I'm planning on swapping lenses between a Master Tech and my cambo(eventually).
