• Beyond the zone system, by Phil Davis
• Post-Exposure: Advanced Techniques for the Photographic Printer, by Ctein
• The Darkroom Cookbook, by Steve Anchell

I live in the European Union, so offers from within would be preferable due to ease of payment, shipment and lack of duties, but I am also open to reasonable offers from outside.
