I can highly recommend Fotoimpex in Berlin, they stock EFKE (packed as their Adox brand), Foma, Ilford etc. They still have soe Forte film as well.

While they are EU based they will ship to the US and other countries.

Freestyle in Los Angeles has a wide variety of 8x10 films. Their site states that they carry Efke, Bergger, Ilford, Foma, Kodak and Adox.
