These may still be available new, I know other LPL enlarger accessories are.

KHB Photografix in Canada has them new for $156 Canadian, about $115 US. Ebay used are often more than that. KHB are reliable suppliers, so I recommend them.

I've bought a couple of items from KHB in the past with success, including shipping over to the UK.

Look at the used ebay prices, and I think you'll find the KHB price is better than many used prices.

In my experience, the 6x7 carrier is not very common. I managed to find one on ebay some years ago, but I also spent a year + watching for one to show up. And, after all that, it seems to be a home-brew where someone enlarged the opening of some more common carrier, as the opening isn't perfectly straight. Although it does suite my needs.
Just buying one from KHB would be less grief.

If I recall correctly the Omega D carriers with the "spider" on the bottom work fine. Might be more common. Can't rember if the Beseler fit, they might be a little too thick.
