Want to Buy WTB: 58mm UV filter or 58mm extension ring

I am looking for a 58mm UV or 58mm extension ring to use the Cokin filter holder on a zoom lens I have. The 58mm cokin ring I have won't fit the lens because the sliding hood on the lens won't slide far enough back to mount the ring I have. I just need to extend it out a little so everything will fit.

If anyone has anything, let me know. I would even take a bad glass one. I could remove the glass and use it that way.
